Tomato and Grilled Green Peppers
This is a typical salad found on most Moroccan tables. Mom often made it
as a side to meat or fish and for Friday night dinners as well as holidays. The char from the peppers and the freshness of the tomatoes and lemon juice make a wonderful combination. But the best part was dunking mom’s homemade bread into the bowl once most of the salad was gone, soaking up all the amazing flavors, for one last great bite.
