Watermelon, Feta and Black Olive Salad

Watermelon was one of my mom’s favorite fruit, especially in the summer. I made this salad for her one night and it was a hit. The contrast between sweet and salty is what I love the most and this salad is a perfect example of that. It’s a refreshing way to start a meal or just on its own. Either way it's a splendid warm weather salad.
