Solange’s Matza Ball Soup

This is such a comforting dish and it is not something you find in Moroccan cooking but my Dad loved it so much my Mom decided to perfect the art of making it.  Many times I sat with her in the kitchen while she rolled the matza balls. She became an expert at making them extremely flavourful by using fresh ingredients for her broth and even stuffed the matza balls. Mom made huge pots of this deliciousness which we couldn't wait to eat and it quickly became part of her regular recipes.
