Shrimp in White Wine Sauce

My Mom loved seafood more than anything, especially shrimp because she could eat them in many different ways. I would run to my Mom’s on shrimp night so I could steal a couple before the rest of the family arrived. You never knew how she was going to prepare them. In this recipe she added parsley to the garlic and wine to give it a twist.
