Potajé (Bean and Swiss Chard Soup)

What’s better than a hearty soup in the winter? This is my sister’s favorite. My mom would make it for her every single time she visited her in Texas. She would make a huge batch and freeze the leftovers to have after she went home. It is very flavorful and the beans make it almost like a stew. The Swiss chard adds a punch of color and texture. It’s also great with a nice crusty bread. Stay warm and enjoy a nice bowl, you won’t regret it!
