Basmati with Coriander

 

Basmati is great as a side or can be the star of the meal. It’s wonderful
aroma is what makes me use it time and time again. It pairs beautifully with
most foods. My mom would make rice all the time and in many different ways. She didn’t use basmati, I discovered it once I left the house and was cooking for myself. The flavor of the rice is what captivated me.
