Moroccan Orange Salad with Oil-Cured Black Olives

 

This was dad’s favorite salad, his mother would make it often and he was very proud to introduce it to us. The blend of orange and lime, hot paprika and salty cured olives is absolutely delightful. This is not an obvious combination but for olive lovers it's a must. It’s a hit at my house and perfect for the warm weather ahead.
