Lamb with Moroccan Truffles (Terfass)

 

This dish would come around twice a year and to say that we loved truffles would be an understatement. Mom made lamb often but adding the truffles with its juice took this dish to a whole new level. We would fight for them and would get upset if one got more than the other. I always cut mine into many pieces just to feel like I had more. When we started bringing our significant others, we worried that there would be less to go around so we told them to take their portions but give them to us because we knew that not everyone would like them, thus giving us even more!
