Salmon Patties with Creamy Lemon Sauce
When mom wanted to change up her Moroccan Friday night fish, she would make these wonderful salmon patties and serve them with a yummy lemon cream sauce. She often worked Fridays so it needed to be something quick and delicious. Dad couldn’t eat fried food so instead she would bake them, making them healthier while still tasting great. Of course there was always a huge salad or many little ones to accompany it.
