Quails in Tomato Sauce

 

If you’ve never had quail, this is the way to try it. They are tiny and contain
very little fat but they are full of flavor. Quails were one of my father’s favorite things to eat but no one knew how to make them. So I decided that I would try to make them for him and he loved them.  My dad was a fussy eater and didn’t like to venture too far away from my mom’s cooking, but he did love to come to my house for dinner. He knew that if he asked me to make something for him, I would put my whole heart into making it.
