Moroccan Paprika Chicken with Rice

 

The one pan dish is the best way to maximize time as well as allowing the seasonings and ingredients to create beautiful flavors. For my mom, this was one of her favorite ways of making dinners. She often worked long hours and still had to come home and cook for her four children. Meals like this allowed her to be able to do other household chores, as well, while dinner was in the oven.  She often made chicken and rice and this was yet another way to prepare it.
