Fried Filet of Sole

Fried Filet of Sole is one of those dishes that conjure up great memories of my mom, more so than any other. She would make them often because she knew how much we all loved them. From the spiced up egg mixture to the seasoned flour it was flavor on top of flavor wrapped around the sweetness of the fish. Having them as they came out of the pan or the next day cold was equally as delicious. For my spin, adding lots of lemon on top makes them even tastier, if that’s even possible.
