Crispy Duck Legs

 

Duck is very flavorful and when you combine it with the tartness of the cranberries along with the sweetness of the maple syrup you get a wonderful combination. 
I don’t make it often, so when I do, I love making it as simply as possible. My favorite part is the crispy seasoned skin, I usually remove it and eat it alone.
