Solange’s Chicken Pastillas

Chicken pastillas were my Mom’s pride and joy. She really enjoyed making them and would say that they were complicated to make but just didn’t want us in the kitchen, picking at the stuffing. We had pastillas for all the holidays, parties and most get-togethers. Aside from actually not being complicated to make, they are quite delicious.
